Journaling is a wonderful and healthy way to express your innermost thoughts. It's the one place where you don't have to worry about spelling errors or punctuation, or even judgment. In regards to you making a difference in the criminal justice system... we need it! I support you 100%!!

I am doing well despite everthing going on. I like to write in my journal about my feelings. I also have been reserarching ways I can help be apart of the change in the criminal justice system.

I agree! Thank you for your rapid reply and feedback, I will defiantly take heed to it. I have been checking on those who live in other places and taking time to chat with those back home because of how bad things are there. I am resting now just enjoying some silence and deep breathing. I appreciate your check in and advance, it helps always!

Yes it's tough staying strong and sane at the same time. I would like to encourage you to review the news to remain updated, but limit your viewing time. Spend the rest of your day doing something positive that would relax you. For me, I exercise and listen to Neo-Soul and also journal my thoughts. I hope that helps! #moverscommunity
